FARIS is a trading name of a UK-registered property finance intermediary. We are the data controller for the information you provide to us.
What we collect
Contact details, financial information, ID documents, and any correspondence you send us. We only collect what is necessary to arrange the finance you have asked us to arrange.
How we use it
To provide advice, submit applications to lenders, meet our regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your case.
Who we share it with
Only lenders, valuers, solicitors and regulators as necessary for your application, and only after your consent. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Typically six years after the end of our relationship, in line with regulatory requirements.
Your rights
